1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Services & Educational Programs Provided

ORQUV Tech Labs operates as a full-suite technology engineering studio and tech education academy. Our offerings include but are not limited to:

• Custom Web & Mobile Application Development: Design, development, testing, and deployment of responsive websites, web portals, Android/iOS applications, and APIs.
• AI & Machine Learning Services: Custom AI models, chatbot integrations, workflow automation, and natural language processing pipelines.
• AWS & Cloud Infrastructure Setup: Cloud architecture design, DevOps deployment, server configurations, and database management.
• Firebase Setup & Backend Solutions: Realtime Database, Firestore, Authentication, Storage, and Serverless Cloud Functions integration.
• Online Tech Education & Training Courses: Structured coding courses, live workshops, project mentorship, and technical certification programs.

We reserve the right to alter, modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, course curriculum, or service feature at any time without prior notice.

3 User Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of our platform—such as student dashboards, registered courses, project milestones, or admin tools—you may be required to register an account.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration (Name, Email, Phone Number).
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password.
• You agree to notify ORQUV Tech Labs immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security regarding your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain fraudulent information or violate our policies.

4 Intellectual Property & Ownership Rights

All content, source code, design elements, graphics, brand identity, course material, videos, documentation, and trademarks associated with ORQUV Tech Labs are the exclusive intellectual property of ORQUV Tech Labs and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

Software Projects & Client Codebase

For custom client projects, intellectual property and ownership rights of custom deliverables will be transferred to the client upon 100% full payment settlement as specified in the individual client development agreement. ORQUV Tech Labs retains rights to proprietary underlying frameworks, reusable components, and core libraries.

Educational & Course Materials

Enrolling in a course grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to view and consume course materials for personal learning. You are strictly prohibited from recording, copying, redistributing, reselling, or sharing course access with third parties.

5 Payments, Pricing & Billing

All payments for services, courses, subscription access, or project milestones are billed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) or US Dollars (USD $) as indicated at checkout.

• We utilize secure third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay and Google Pay, to process payments.
• You agree to provide valid, authorized payment information when making a purchase.
• Service pricing and course fees are subject to change. However, price changes will not affect active contracts or already purchased courses.

6 Strict No Refund & No Return Stipulation

Because our offerings consist of digital products, immediate access to proprietary code bases, live developer hours, and non-tangible educational assets, all payments made to ORQUV Tech Labs are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.

7 User Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities

While utilizing our website, platform, or interactive communication channels, you agree NOT to:

• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or compromise our web applications or infrastructure.
• Introduce viruses, malware, trojans, or malicious code into our systems.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our platform without express written consent.
• Harass, abuse, or engage in hate speech against ORQUV instructors, team members, or fellow students.

Violation of code of conduct will result in immediate permanent banning without refund or recourse.

8 Service Availability & Maintenance

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform and hosted solutions. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled server maintenance, cloud service provider outages, network failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

9 Limitation of Liability & Warranties Disclaimer

Our website, software solutions, and courses are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORQUV Tech Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of your use of our platform.

10 Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bihar, India.
